Customer Reviews

"Great food and friendly folks. The best Reuben sandwich I've ever had and my wife Angela loved the BLT, they didn't skimp on the bacon like a lot of places do. Praline pecan cake was delicious and one piece will feed two people. We live 45 miles away but we'd definitely make a special trip back there to eat."

"We had breakfast on the table after 2 sips of our coffee. We did scrambled eggs, I had bacon and wheat toast, my wife had sausage and rye toast. They grilled the toast! The food was good. The service was great."

"I had high hopes for this divey little local joint, but the food here was pretty boring. The fries and catfish tasted like they were right out of any other fast food joint. The coleslaw was good. The cornbread was weird. I did not like it. It had a sour flavor and was missing any sweetness, which may be a local variant of cornbread that I'm not accustomed to. At least it seemed like it was made in house. In the end, it was just kinda forgettable. Too bad."

"Highly recommend the Country Fried Steak breakfast platter! Grits were on point, gravy delicious, home fries seasoned, eggs cooked to perfection. Service was great too! Next time will try the Honey Bun Sundae!!!"

"First time there food was great delivered timely an was hot. Friendly staff affordable prices. Returned the next day for breakfast which was equally good."

"My wife and I eat at different local diners every chance we get, and we were way out of town on this occasion so we chose this local diner. I had a Philly (beef), and a baked potato. The sandwich was edible, but sub par from other Phillies I have had, and the baked potato was ok. My wife had a hamburger steak, fries and slaw. The hamburger was ok but it was overcooked, the slaw was weird (dry-ish), and for the life of me, I don't know why any respectable restaurant would serve crinkle cut fries, but they do. All that said, the food is ok, nothing special, but compared to comparable priced fast food, I would pick this diner any day."
